杨坚 澳⼤利亚麦考瑞⼤学计算机学院教授,科研院长。
讲者简历:
杨坚博⼠,1995年毕业于澳⼤利亚国立⼤学,获多数据库系统领域博⼠学位。目前为⽌,她就职于澳⼤利亚麦考瑞⼤学计算机学院,任科研院长。在此之前,她还曾就职于荷兰蒂尔堡⼤学、澳⼤利亚CSIRO数学与信息科学实验室、新南威⼠⼤学计算机科学学院。迄今为⽌,杨坚博⼠已在国际会议及期刊发表了200多篇⾼⽔平论⽂,包括IEEE transactions, Information Systems, Data & Knowledge Engineering, CACM, VLDB, ICDE, ICDCS, ICSOC, CAiSE, CoopIS,CIKM, ICWS, SCC等。另外,她是服务计算顶级会议ICSOC的创始⼈之⼀,常年担任steering chair⼀职。此外,她也是多个国际会议的PC member,如 ICDE,CAiSE, ICSOC, ER, CoopIS, ICSOC, BPM, ICWS, SCC, WISE,等。她还是诸多国际期刊的常规审稿⼈,如IEEE Transactions on Knowledge & Data Engineering, Data & Knowledge Engineering, VLDB Journal, IEEE Internet Computing,等。她的主要研究⽅向有:⼤数据分析,过程分析,服务计算,业务过程管理,社交⽹络。
报告摘要:
A business process can be built by composing services with various QoS, which can have complex structures such as loop, conditional, parallel, etc. Here two issues arisen: (1) how individual QoS is presented: single value, discrete values, well known distribution? (2) how individual QoS shall be aggregated based on the complex structure? In this talk we propose a method that (1) individual QoS is presented as any statistical distribution without any restriction on its shape; (2) the aggregation is based on calculation instead of simulation. We will also explain the underlying monte carlo technique used in aggregating QoS.
